Michael Ramsey and
The Little Church. In the Fall of 1925 Michael Ramsey, a debater for
the Cambridge University Union, visited New
York City and, on a Sunday morning, The Church of the Transfiguration. Seated
opposite the window of St. Augustine, Archbishop of Canterbury in the early 7th
century, Ramsey is said to have first felt called to the priesthood. 6:00 PM: Solemn Eucharist
